A persistent switch. Its on state conducts; its off state breaks that route. Another conducting path can bypass it, so placing it beside an unbroken conduit does not control that line.

How to craft it

Arrange one ingredient in each occupied slot and leave the other slots empty. The pattern can move inside the grid and can be mirrored horizontally. Take the result to consume one complete arrangement.
